Responsible for managing and overseeing our crew most days, Cade ensures all work exceeds expectations. As a Red Seal Carpenter, Cade has a long history of working on different commercial job sites as either a foreman or site supervisor. Born and raised in Victoria, B.C. Cade has two boys and is an avid outdoorsman.

Victor, Site Supervisor

A site-supervisor that gets things done.
With over 5 years of experience as a site supervisor and over a decade in the construction industry, Victor is our right-hand man and site supervisor who is always up for a challenge!

Victor is responsible for managing our crew and their daily activities, supervising sub trades and ensuring projects remain on track and on schedule. Victor has excellent time management skills and is always looking ahead to be sure there will be no delays.

Nicole, Office Manager

A master of more than just spreadsheets.

Nicole brings an extensive background in legal administration and real estate. Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, Nicole ensures all aspects of the project details are covered, including planning, managing account receivables, and bookkeeping.
